Private One to One yoga classes are an excellent way to either get started with Yoga or to take your practice to the next level. In true Yoga4Tango style, these classes will be deeply enriching by not only teaching you what to do and how to do it the right way but also help you understand why it is being done that way.

You will be consulted with at the beginning of the sessions to understand your unique needs and goals and the practices will be tailored to meet them. The yogic system of asanas (exercises) and pranayamas (breathing exercises) have evolved over thousands of years and rest assured whatever your needs are, there is a solution within yoga. If you want to be more active, there is a set of asanas and pranayamas that will help you achieve that. Same goes for if you wanted to de-stress, rehabilitate from injuries, loose weight, gain strength, build flexibility, etc. We will find the right solution for you and deliver a customised practice that gives you the freedom to achieve whatever you want.

Winston and Franzi are both qualified Yoga teachers accredited by the Yoga alliance and have a wealth of experience teaching Yoga foundation principles to students of varying backgrounds especially to regular office going people who would like to excel in and enjoy their hobbies and other activities to their fullest potential including Tango.

Winston is known for his fun classes and analytical approach to Yoga and anatomy and his classes encourage students to connect their mind to their bodies and enjoy every moment in life to its fullest extent.

Franzi is known for her flowing practice, attention to detail, postural adjustments and a beautiful relaxing approach to Yoga that will leave the students fully rejuvenated at the end of the class.
