There is no reason to feel intimidated by our Yoga4Tango classes, they are specifically designed to accommodate complete newcomers, so don't be afraid if you have never practised yoga before.
More experienced Yogis will also be able to enjoy and feel challenged by our dynamic classes.
We are a supportive and mixed group, with an average quarter of the class being complete beginners. If you are already a Tango dancer then you are likely to find our yoga classes surprisingly easy to handle, as you will already have developed a foundational understanding of balance, grounding and the dissociation of your body. Your mind may also already be aligned with yoga principles by attending tango classes.
